The Page Manager gives you instant control over which pages are accessible in your hotel’s MesobOrdering experience. Navigate to /admin/pages to turn guest-facing pages on or off as your operations evolve — roll out the Loyalty page when your rewards programme is ready, hide the Feedback page during a busy period, or disable Bar staff views if your property doesn’t serve drinks. No code, no deployments, no waiting.

Page Types

The Page Manager organises every page into one of three filter tabs, making it easy to find exactly what you need. Click any tab to filter the page cards shown below it.

Each page card displays a status badge that tells you whether the page is accessible right now.

How to Toggle a Page

Locate the page card

Browse the page cards or use the filter tabs (Guest Pages / Staff Pages) to find the page you want to change.

Click the toggle switch

Click the toggle switch in the top-right corner of the page card. If the page is currently Active, clicking the toggle disables it. If it is currently Disabled, clicking the toggle activates it.

Confirm the status change

The status badge on the card updates immediately to reflect the new state — Active or Disabled.
There is no Save button in the Page Manager. Every toggle change takes effect instantly and is applied live to your hotel’s experience the moment you click.

Guest Pages You Can Control

The following guest-facing pages can be toggled on or off to match the features you have set up and the experience you want to offer:
  • Cart — allows guests to review and place orders
  • Order Status — lets guests track the progress of their current order
  • Feedback — enables guests to leave ratings and comments after their visit
  • Loyalty — shows a guest’s loyalty points balance and rewards
  • Profile — allows guests to view and update their personal details
  • Order History — displays a guest’s past orders at your property
  • Recommendations — surfaces personalised dish and drink suggestions
  • Contact — shows your hotel’s contact information and a message form
  • Help — provides an FAQ and support resources for guests
  • About / Explore — shares information about your hotel, facilities, and story

Staff Pages You Can Control

The following staff-facing pages can be toggled on or off depending on which roles and workflows are active at your property:
  • Kitchen — the order queue and status board for kitchen staff
  • Tables — the table management and assignment view
  • Bills — the billing and payment processing screen
  • Waiter Dashboard — the primary order management view for waiters
  • Bar — the order queue and status board for bar staff

Pages marked 🔒 Locked cannot be toggled. These pages — such as Login and Menu — are essential for the system to operate. Disabling them would prevent guests from ordering or staff from logging in, so MesobOrdering protects them automatically.
Disable pages you don’t need yet — for example, turn off Loyalty until you’ve configured your rewards programme, or disable Bar if your property doesn’t have a bar. Keeping only the pages you actively use creates a cleaner, more focused experience for both guests and staff.
