The Kitchen Staff role is a focused, single-purpose view designed for the kitchen team. Kitchen staff see incoming food orders in real time and update their status as orders are prepared and ready to serve.

What Kitchen Staff can do

  • View all incoming food orders in the kitchen queue
  • Update order status (Preparing, Ready, Served)
  • See items, quantities, table numbers, and any special notes for each order
  • Hear audio alerts when new orders arrive

What Kitchen Staff cannot do

  • Access the admin panel or configuration
  • View billing or payment information
  • See bar orders — those go to Bar Staff
  • Manage menu items or staff accounts

Logging in

Open the login page

Navigate to https://mesobordering.com/login.

Enter your credentials

Enter your Email Address and Password.

Click Login

You’ll be automatically redirected to the Kitchen View at /staff/kitchen.
If your account has been paused by an admin, you’ll see an Account Paused screen instead of the kitchen view. Contact your admin to reactivate.
